Maryland malpractice insurer to return money
ANNAPOLIS (AP) — Maryland’s largest medical malpractice insurer will return $84 million to the state and give nearly $14 million in premium credits to the doctors whom it insures under an agreement announced yesterday by state regulators and company officials.
