Doctor recants his statements in IHC lawsuit
A doctor scheduled to testify in a medical malpractice lawsuit against Intermountain Health Care has withdrawn from the case and recanted his sworn statements that the company intimidated his wife, an IHC board member and dean of Brigham Young University’s School of Nursing.
