SASKATOON – A Saskatchewan doctor has been exonerated in the case of a woman who was left a quadriplegic following tubal ligation surgery. The jury in a medical malpractice trial in Saskatoon found yesterday that Dr. Kenneth Graham did not act negligently in his care of Lisa Baert, a mother of two.
