Boonrawd sets up panel to probe Banawit for alleged malpractice
Defence Minister Boonrawd Somtas has set up a committee to investigate alleged malpractice by the ministry’s outspoken deputy permanent secretary, Banawit Kengrian, a Defence Ministry source said yesterday.
