Nursing home goes to arbitration over patient’s death
A malpractice suit and a request for arbitration, against NCS Healthcare and Casa Arena Blanca Nursing Center respectively, are being pursued by Alamogordo resident T. David Thompson. NCS Healthcare is the Albuquerque-based contract pharmacy for Casa Arena Blanca.
