Baby in Kaiser dispute is transferred
The parents, who have accused the hospital of malpractice in a lawsuit, went to court to force the move of their son to another facility. A severely premature San Diego baby at the center of an unusual legal dispute between his parents and Kaiser Permanente was moved Wednesday to the neonatal intensive care unit at Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego.
