No change in state/commercial mix for Pa. medical malpractice insurance
Deputy Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner Randy Rohrbaugh has ruled there is not evidence of sufficient market capacity at the current time to mandate an increase in medical malpractice insurance limits in Pennsylvania.
