Texas Supreme Court says family can pursue suit after death
Jury to hear malpractice case against doctors of colon cancer patient. The Texas Supreme Court ruled Friday that the family of a Fort Worth woman, who died last year of colon cancer, can proceed with a malpractice lawsuit against three doctors who had diagnosed her ailment as hemorrhoids.
