IDAHO FALLS, Idaho The trial is underway in a malpractice lawsuit against the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. The lawsuit was filed in 2002 by 23-year-old Brock Higham.Higham underwent surgery that year for a minor wrist injury.
