Arguments Begins In Malpractice Suit Against EIRMC
Arguments began Tuesday in the lawsuit against Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. A 23-year-old Idaho Falls man says he went into EIRMC to get a same day wrist surgery and came out with severe brain damage.
