Physician opens office in Belleville
Two years ago, at the height of the medical malpractice insurance dispute, physicians were fleeing St. Clair and Madison counties. But, while there is still a long way to go to get doctors’ insurance rates down, Dr. David Cox said he is confident enough in the future to set up shop in Belleville.
