KARACHI/HYDERABAD, Feb 10: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement and the ruling faction of the Pakistan Muslim League won by-elections in Karachi and Jamshoro respectively on Saturday. Sporadic incidents of violence and allegations of malpractice followed the polling in both constituencies.
