Doctors eye insurance cure; Kent physicians to form firm to control malpractice costs
DOVER — Facing spiraling medical malpractice costs, a group of Kent County doctors are banding together to create their own malpractice insurance company in an effort to reduce their premiums and stabilize a shaky medical community.
