BOSTON (AP) – Notre Dame coach Charlie Weis’ medical malpractice suit against two Boston doctors is scheduled to go to trial next month. Weis nearly died after undergoing gastric bypass surgery in June 2002, when he was the offensive coordinator for the New England Patriots.
