Broker charged with bilking a second widow
WHITE PLAINS - A former New Castle stockbroker whose license was stripped late last year for fraudulent transactions has been charged with grand larceny for allegedly bilking an elderly widow out of the proceeds of a malpractice settlement she was awarded as a result of her husband’s death.
