Jury deadlocked in malpractice case
A Collier County jury was deadlocked this afternoon after 2½ days of deliberations in a medical malpractice and wrongful death lawsuit against two local physicians and a physician’s assistant in the death of Ann Olesky, a civic leader in Immokalee before her death in 2004.
