Health District increases malpractice insurance to help cover obstetrics
In a move designed to help cover doctors practicing obstetrics at Curry General Hospital, the Curry Health District’s Board of Directors increased the district’s malpractice insurance by $10 million, at an additional cost of $76,000 annually during the meeting held on Wednesday, October 25.
