Supreme Court hears Oshkosh malpractice appeal
MADISON The Wisconsin Supreme Court heard arguments Wednesday in a case that asks whether members of an Oshkosh family can continue a wrongful death lawsuit filed by their now-deceased father following the death of their mother.
