In a rare move, a state oversight board for real estate appraisers has accused one of its own members of malpractice. Christopher Cochran of Spartanburg and his firm Two Day Appraisals are accused of overvaluing land near Lake Keowee in Oconee County, according to a complaint by the Real Estate Appraisers Board.
