House Health Subcommittee Hearing Considers Alternatives To Caps On Noneconomic Damages In Malpractice Cases
House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health members on Thursday “pledged to work together to develop new solutions” to medical malpractice reform, CQ HealthBeat reports.
