Governor proposes reforms to reduce medical errors
SPRINGFIELD (AP) — Gov. Rod Blagojevich on Thursday proposed a set of measures designed to reduce medical mistakes, a year after he and legislators approved limits on malpractice lawsuits stemming from such errors.
