Judge refuses to overturn verdict clearing breast surgeon of malpractice
A Superior Court judge on Friday declined to interfere with a civil jury verdict that cleared a plastic surgeon of medical wrongdoing when he performed breast reduction surgery on a Randolph woman who says she was mutilated and left flat-chested.
