Governor to act on bill raising bar on proof
PHOENIX _ Governor Napolitano faces a deadline tolday to act on a medical malpractice bill passed by the Legislature last week, and she’s in the middle of a tug-of-war between health care providers and insurance companies on one side and plaintiffs’ lawyers on the other.
