Polls Chief rejects serious violence, malpractice claims
COLOMBO: Elections Commissioner Dayananda Dissanayake, making his final observations on the Local Government election yesterday countered claims that there had been serious incidents of violence or election malpractice in certain polling centres warranting cancellation of results.
