Wisconsin Senate Approves Limits On Noneconomic Damages In Malpractice Suits
The Wisconsin state Senate on Wednesday voted 25-8 to approve a bill that would place a $750,000 limit on noneconomic damage awards in medical malpractice cases, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
