Lawmaker, doctors support new medical malpractice plan
FRANKFORT - A Kentucky GOP lawmaker has teamed with doctors in support of a proposed constitutional amendment aimed at reducing doctors’ malpractice insurance rates but without allowing for caps on victims’ damages.
