The Florida Supreme Court was asked Wednesday to impose caps on the fees earned by lawyers who go after doctors.
TALLAHASSEE–A bitter ongoing feud between the state’s powerful doctors and lawyers spilled into the state’s highest court on Wednesday where justices were asked to limit the money attorneys can earn in medical malpractice cases.
