Court edict kills inquiry into Patel
The Queensland Government’s $6 million investigation into the alleged malpractice of the overseas-trained surgeon Jayant Patel will not yield a single recommendation or finding, after the inquiry was shut down by the Supreme Court on the grounds of apprehended bias.
