Testimony continues in a medical malpractice suit at the Lubbock courthouse. Vikki Bramlett died in November 2002 from complications after a routine hysterectomy. The Bramlett family is suing her physician, Dr. Benny Phillips saying he ignored warning signs when complications arose.
