Roberta Drew cleared of malpractice charges
District Judge Russell Fagg has ruled in favor of former Yellowstone County Chief Public Defender Roberta Drew Monday afternoon in a civil malpractice suit brought against her by a woman serving 75 years in the Montana Women’s Prison for arson and deliberate homicide, according to court documents.
