$15 million awarded to parents in son’s death
Marek and Kaleesa Rusiecki, who’s son Andrew died at fifteen-months-old, were awarded 15 million dollars in a malpractice suit filed in Florida. The jury found an emergency room doctor, Danuta Jackson-Curtis, negligent in Andrew’s death.
