Limits are needed on malpractice suits
Who can put a price on the pain and suffering that results from a terrible mistake at a hospital? No one can do it precisely. And yet somebody ultimately has to set a dollar figure when a patient is harmed and wins a malpractice lawsuit against a doctor or health care center.
